Capital OS

Demo · How it works

Guided demo

Make one clear buying decision first.

Start with an opportunity, understand the recommendation, and save your decision. The purchase, payout, and results workflow follows from there.

Start guided decision

A safe sample workspace

Try the complete flow with sample numbers. Nothing is saved, no email is required, and practice activity is never counted in pilot results.

Your first 60 seconds

See the answer before studying the calculations.

  1. 1.Open the sample opportunity.
  2. 2.Read the recommendation and reason.
  3. 3.Change one price and see what changes.
Try the sample decision

Before entering real numbers

Practice workspace setup.

See how cash, protected reserve, existing credit use, selling costs, and current inventory become your buying power and rules.

Practice setup
01

Add an opportunity

Enter the item, cost, expected and lower sale prices, expected time to cash, and the evidence behind those estimates.

02

Make the decision

See whether it is Ready to buy, Wait, Skip, or Needs information—and the reason why.

03

Track the purchase

Confirm what you actually paid, what arrived, and any cost corrections without changing the original decision.

04

Match the payout

Connect each marketplace sale, refund, or adjustment to the exact purchased inventory.

05

Review the result

Compare expected deal profit and timing with what actually happened. Pilot results never change future estimates automatically.

Recommendation language

What each recommendation means

Ready to buy

Expected and lower-price outcomes fit your current buying rules.

Wait

The numbers may work, but timing or price evidence needs attention.

Skip

At least one confirmed buying rule does not pass.

Needs information

Add the missing cost, price, timing, evidence, or inventory details.

When Capital OS stops

Resolve missing or ambiguous facts first

Leave an unknown lower price, evidence date, or current-inventory amount blank. Capital OS will show Needs information.

Do not match one marketplace payout across multiple purchases in this pilot. Leave it visible for review.

Only fully closed purchases with a verified total cost count toward estimate-accuracy summaries.
